Shake Rattle and Roll at Bulahdelah saw huge numbers

THE recent Bulahdelah Festival has been labelled ‘outstanding’ by locals on the day. Steve Collins who attended said, “Talk about a community bursting with Rock n Roll fever. There were markets, live bands and a sensational classic car Show n Shine.” Mr Collins said that the Bulahdelah Rock , Rattle and Roll Festival was indisputably in full swing all weekend.  A constant stream of classic muscle cars roared in to town on Sunday morning. The street was lined from the pub down to the information centre. Stalls in Wade Park and in the main street were kept busy by the hordes of travellers who came to join the festivities. Mr Collins said, “Show organisers should be commended for their efforts, as the whole town really benefited.” “It was great seeing people limber up on the dance floor and it’s not often the oldies show up the younger generations on the dance floor,” he said.
